The Group was founded by the Chairman. Mr. Asaduzzaman in the late 1990’s. After serving as a reputed aeronautical engineer aboroad. He returned to Bangladesh with hopes of helping to develop the country and give back to the hard working men and women of this proud nation. Currently, Aristocrat operates 7 companies in more than 30 districts and is continuously growing.
The Chairman envisioned an entity of service that would ultimately be considered synonymous with excellence and utmost quality. Bringing to life to this vision was initiated by the opening of The Aristocrat Highway Restaurant, in Sirajganj, just minutes away from the bangabandhu Jamuna Bridge, earning the title of pioneers in the highway restaurant sector of Bangladesh. Even today, the facility stands amongst the top in the highway restaurant sector of Bangladesh. Since the inception of the group, Aristocrat has grown and diversified in other business sectors across the nation bringing its brand of hospitality and service wherever it functions. Aristocrat has since, operated in over 30 the 64 districts in Bangladesh.

I always had a genuine concern about the health and safety issues of the people of the country so my business focus envisioned me to set up a fully- automated rice and feed industry. Extensive research and development with local and International expertise is a continuous process at Aristocrat to develop hygienic food. We feel that relevant awareness is lacking regarding the food that we are consuming and the risk factors associated with it.
The PP Bag industry and The Aristocrat Non Woven Industry followed along the pathway where state of the art technology is being used.
My objective towards business was never limited to profitability but I have tried my best to carefully assess the need of the Bangladesh market and explore potential to earn foreign currency from export as well. We believe in diversity so there are eight Strategic Business Units in the group.
My passion to serve the people of the country remains constant and the Group actively takes part in various CSR events and programs where the disadvantaged people are being benefited.
Bangladesh, being a developing country is maintaining a sustainable growth against all odds and the management will continue to have a positive vision towards the betterment of the company and the nation.

It is a well known fact that Bangladesh is an agro based country, struggling hard for self sufficiency in production to reduce our imports and bring prosperity to the nation. Establishment of the Aristocrat Industrial Park is a move towards that direction.
